West Ham face a battle if they wish to land Udinese winger Gabriel Torje this summer as Bundesliga outfits Hamburg and Eintracht Frankfurt have both registered their interest.
According to Goal, the two German sides have both joined the race to sign Torje this summer, along with Sunderland who all believe the Serie A side will sell the winger for a cut-price fee.
The 26-year-old winger has never really been given a chance at Udinese since signing for the club in 2011 from Dinamo Bukarest in his native Romania for a fee in the region of £3.75m.

He’s spent several seasons out on loan with Espanyol, Granada and Konyaspor but spent last season on loan with Osmanlispor where he scored three goals and recorded six assists in 26 Super Lig games.
Torje is currently with the Romanian national side who are competing at Euro 2016, but a defeat to France in their opening game at the hands of West Ham’s very own Dimitri Payet along with a draw against Switzerland in their second game has meant they will likely be eliminated at the first hurdle.
Only under contract until next summer, it’s widely expected that Udinese will let go of Torje on a permanent basis before the start of the season, provided they find a buyer.
