Nathan Redmond a ‘top target’ for West Ham

West Ham have made Norwich winger Nathan Redmond a ‘top transfer target’ this summer according to the Express.

The England U21 international is expected to leave Carrow Road this summer following Norwich’s relegation from the Premier League back to the Championship after just one season.

He signed for the Canaries in a £3.2m deal from Birmingham in 2013 scored six goals in 35 Premier League appearances last season but it was in vein.

The 22-year-old is also wanted by Stoke City, Crystal Palace and Southampton this summer, according to the Guardian, but any interested club would need to pay upwards of £10m to secure the services of the Englishman.

West Ham are keen to sign a winger or two this summer and will spare no expense to get a deal over the line.

The most likely of which appears to be Algerian international Sofiane Feghouli. The former Valencia man is a free agent and has reportedly snubbed the likes of Manchester United, Sevilla, Inter Milan and Fenerbahce in order to pen a three-year deal with West Ham. This transfer is expected to be announced this week.

Another is Besiktas star Gokhan Tore. Slaven Bilic took to Turkish TV to confirm his interest in the former Chelsea youth star amid reports the Hammers have agreed a £13m deal with the Turkish outfit for his services.
