West Ham are struggling to agree a fee with Besiktas for their talismanic winger Gokhan Tore as a summer move is beginning to look increasingly more unlikely.
According to Takvim, quoted by InsideFutbol, the Hammers and Besiktas have been embroiled in transfer talks for Tore, but are yet to agree a deal for his transfer.

The former Chelsea academy star has been in impressive form for the Turkish side in recent seasons, and netted four times while creating a further nine goals in 35 appearances last term.
Slaven Bilic is well-known to be a big admirer of Tore and what he has to offer, admitting he tried to sign the Turk last summer but agreed with his former side Besiktas to give it another year before signing their star man.

The Hammers are also keen on signing experienced Besiktas midfielder Atiba Hutchinson this summer, but again, the two parties are struggling to agree a fee.
The 33-year-old has just a year to run on his contract with the Turkish side, and Bilic is hoping to snap up the Canadian for a cut-price fee.
However, Besiktas are standing firm on their asking price for the pair, which currently is being reported at €20m. West Ham had been hoping to agree a deal for a slightly reduce fee.
Talks will rumble on throughout the summer with the hope that a deal can be reached.
