West Ham have joined Paris Saint-Germain and AS Monaco in the race to sign Lille defender Djibril Sidibe this summer.
According to France Football, the Hammers along with Ligue 1 champions PSG are weighing up moves for the left-back in the region of €17-18m for Sidibe, which equates to around £14m.

The France U21 international is yet to capped at full international level by Didier Dechamps, but the France manager did reward Sidibe’s fine form by bringing him into their provisional Euro 2016 squad and naming him as a reserve in-case of injury.
Sidibe signed for Lille in 2012 in a £2m deal from Troyes and has grown in stature in Ligue 1 as he is know recognised as one of the best fullbacks in the division – and most versatile, as he is capable at both right and left-back.
The 23-year-old is also being tracked by Monaco and is under contract with Lille until 2019, but the Hammers are prepared to offer the defender a major pay-rise to a figure in the region of £60,000-a-week.

Aaron Cresswell is the incumbent for West Ham at left-back, having played nearly every Premier League game at the position since signing two years ago, but there is very little behind him in terms of depth.
Academy product Lewis Page has found first-team opportunities hard to come by, while Stephen Hendrie, who arrived from Hamilton Academical on a free transfer last summer, is yet to make an appearance for the first-team.
Sidibe also has an eye for goal, netting 11 times in 119 appearances for Lille since his arrival. The Hammers could do with some more bodies at fullback as they embark on a much busier campaign this season compared to last – providing they navigate their way through the Europa League qualifiers.
