West Ham will travel to Liverpool for their FA Cup fourth round tie without six first team players, as reported by London24.
Captain Mark Noble, who scored in West Ham’s 3-0 win at Anfield earlier in the season, will miss the tie through illness, whilst long-term absentees Andy Carroll, Manuel Lanzini and Diafra Sakho are also unavailable due to leg-muscle injuries.
Carl Jenkinson will also miss the clash, and the remainder of the season, after he was injured during the 2-2 draw with Manchester City last weekend.
In normal circumstances, it would be Sam Byram who would likely be deployed at right-back in Jenkinson’s absence, but he is ineligible to play as he is cup-tied after playing for Leeds United in their third round victory over Rotherham United earlier this month.
Slaven Bilic will have Michail Antonio available despite his wrist injury, and he’ll be hoping that the wide man can get another goal against Jurgen Klopp’s side after he opened the scoring in the 2-0 win over the Reds earlier this month.
