West Ham have reportedly tabled an offer for Hull City midfielder, Tom Huddlestone and also shown an interest in his teammate, Nikica Jelavic, according to BBC Radio Humberside’s David Burns who revealed bids had been put forward for the Tiger’s pair.
I hear a whisper @HullCity have had an offer from @whufc_official for Tom Huddlestone and they’ve also asked about Jelavic. #hcafc

This is an improved offer as I understand it to @HullCity for Tom Huddlestone from @whufc_official . Jelavic is not an offer yet. #hcafc

Huddlestone has been linked with the Hammers a handful of times already this summer along with Premier League rivals, Aston Villa and Bournemouth, but it looks like Slaven Bilic and his team have made a second move with the first move already being knocked back by the Hull hierarchy.
The former-Spurs man was a shining light last season for Steve Bruce’s side as they were relegated from the top flight. Since joining Hull in 2013 the 28-year old has appeared 68 times in the heart of midfield – scoring 3 times. The Nottingham-born midfielder could be a useful addition to the Hammer’s side with Kevin Nolan looking likely to leave before the end of the transfer window.
The link for Jelavic, 29, is a more surprising one with the former-Everton man finding the net 8 times last season in 26 appearances in Hull’s doomed campaign.
