- West Ham remain interested in Bayern Munich’s Noah Aseko
- The 20-year-old is on-loan with Hannover 96
- The midfielder could now leave Germany this summer
West Ham United are making strides to stay in the Premier League this season. The Hammers form has seen plans for summer recruitment continue, with the team expected to return for a number of names they looked at in January.
One of those names, is Noel Aseko, a Bayern Munich youngster currently out on-loan with Hannover 96. Reports stated that the 20-year-old would not leave Germany any time soon, however the situation has now changed and Aseko could leave the German giants in the summer.
Last month, Bayern’s Sporting Director stated that the 20-year-old would not leave the club and now that Leon Goretzka is expected to leave the club, the door appeared open for the player to enter the first-team picture.
Instead, Sky Germany has reported that Aseko will be available for the right price, giving West Ham a lifeline if they want to secure the midfielder’s services this summer.

Reports state that Bayern are yet undecided on what to do with Aseko, but know that the 20-year-old wants to keep playing consistent football, something they cannot guarantee at the Allianz Arena. The youngster is highly-regarded around Europe with West Ham being one of the first team’s to eye up a move, with AS Roma, Aston Villa and Eintracht Frankfurt following suit.
A few of £10 million is said to be what Bayern are after, but the deal could include such terms as a buy-back clause with the high ceiling that Aseko has.
Currently on-loan with Bundesliga 2 side Hannover 96, the versatile player has featured 31 times, picking up three goals and five assists.

At 20, Aseko has a lot more to show and is a very exciting prospect, one West Ham still want to get their hands on.
