West Ham have reportedly ‘renewed their interest’ in Derby County full-back Lee Buchanan.
The Hammers have been named alongside Nottingham Forest, Celtic, Watford and Cercle Brugge as the potential suitors for the 20-year-old.
Unsurprisingly the Championship strugglers are believed to be ‘reluctant’ to sell their academy graduate.
That’s according to a report from Derbyshire Live, as cited by West Ham News & Views on Twitter.

The report claims that clubs are ‘keeping close tabs’ on the England youth international who was tipped to represent the senior Three Lions by Wayne Rooney.
This season Buchanan has earned a 6.62 Sofascore rating from 15 second-tier outings.

Valued at £2.25million and out of contract at the end of the season (Transfermarkt), signing the Mansfield-born ace would be imminently possible during this window.
That’s despite Rooney suggesting that the ‘vultures’ would have to pay maximum value for his in-demand players.
Having already amassed 60 senior outings, Buchanan looks ready-made to develop further and could be the ideal candidate to act as an understudy to Aaron Cresswell.
