West Ham reportedly ‘made an approach’ to sign highly-rated Sparta Prague striker Adam Hlozek.
The 19-year-old has been linked with a switch to the Hammers previously and the upcoming January transfer window could see the move finally materialise.
Already a fully-fledged senior Czech Republic international, Hlozek has also been touted by the likes of Liverpool.
Now, according to a report from Football Insider, as cited by Terry Flewers on Twitter, the Irons have kickstarted negotiations.

The report claims that West Ham have ‘enquired’ over how much it would cost to land the 12-cap starlet.
So far this season Hlozek has scored five times and provided 12 assists in 26 appearances.

Valued at £15.3million and under contract in Prague until 2024 (Transfermarkt), the report states that it would take between £16-20million to land the forward next month.
Capable of operating from either wing as well as centre-forward, Hlozek would be an invaluable addition to David Moyes’ squad.
Already a leading performer for both club and country, the teen has previously been described as a ‘young Zlatan Ibrahimović’ by Scoutedftbl.
