West Ham have been named among the potential clubs to make a sensational move for Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette.
The Frenchman is out of contract next summer and looks unlikely to extend what will be a five-year spell at the Emirates Stadium.
Signed for a then Gunners’ club-record deal rising to £52million in 2017 (Sky Sports), Lacazette has scored 67 goals in 173 outings for the North London club.
According to a report from 90min, as cited by CPFC Transfers HQ on Twitter, West Ham are in the mix, alongside Crystal Palace and Lyon to sign the 30-year-old.
The report claims Mikel Arteta could attempt to sell the 16 times capped ace in January for a cut-price fee to avoid losing him for free months later.
So far this season the frontman has scored twice in three appearances – albeit only featuring in 31 minutes of Premier League action.

Signing Lacazette would certainly offer David Moyes’ side an additional goal threat.
A natural goalscorer throughout a distinguished career, the 2014/15 Ligue 1 top marksman would be a worthwhile mid-season addition at the right price.
Currently holding a market value of £25.2million (Transfermarkt), any asking price would likely fall way below that fee as the contract expiry looms ever nearer.
