West Ham have reportedly made an approach for Barcelona centre-back Clement Lenglet this summer.
The Hammers hope to complete a loan deal for the 26-year-old before a potential permanent switch at the end of the 2021/22 season.
Premier League rivals Chelsea, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur are also credited to be keen on the Frenchman as well as Serie A giants AS Roma.
This comes from Spanish news outlet Sport and the interest has been cited by Hammers Updates on Twitter.

The report claims that the interest in the 13-cap star from England is ‘great’ and that ‘everything is open’ for a departure from the Camp Nou.
Last season Lenglet made 48 appearances for the Catalan club and earned an average Sofascore rating of 6.86 from 33 La Liga outings.
READ WEST HAM VERDICT
Valued at £22.5million and under contract until 2026 (Transfermarkt), Barca’s financial and registration troubles open up the possibility of landing a serious bargain.
Irons’ boss David Moyes has long since been searching for a frontline central defender to add to the ranks – a search intensified following Fabian Balbuena’s exit.
A high-quality performer at the elite level, West Ham should be happy to take away the Frenchman if Barca can’t pay.
