Sheffield United are ready to listen to offers for their midfield man John Lundstram in January according to a report from The Star.
The news could well be of interest to West Ham manager David Moyes who was linked with the 26-year-old during the summer.
Should Moyes pursue the Liverpool born midfielder, he is likely to face competition for the signature as Rangers, Crystal Palace, and Burnley are all also believed to be interested.
The report states the Bramall Lane side are ”reluctantly” willing to listen to offers for a player who was integral in the Blades’ fantastic return to the top flight last term, to avoid losing him next summer for nothing when his contract expires.
Chris Wilder’s side finished 9th last season, however, they have struggled at the start of the new campaign having picked up just one point from their opening six matches.
Lundstram was outstanding last season and it’s unsurprising there would be plenty of interest in the tireless midfielder should he become available in January.

The Hammers would be crazy not to at least be part of the conversation for a move for Lundstram.
Now a proven midfield operator and a player who remains a regular for a fellow Premier League side.
Owing to the expiring contract Lundstram is likely to remain affordable and the 26-year-old would act as an alternative option to the current midfield trio Declan Rice, Tomas Soucek, and Mark Noble, all of whom are defensively minded.
Also, with Noble’s appearances and influence on the wane this term, Moyes needs to start thinking long-term with his squad, and at 26 there’s plenty left to come from the Sheffield United man.
