West Ham are interested in signing Chelsea striker Ike Ugbo on loan for next season, according to a report from TeamTalk.
The 21-year-old spend last season on loan at Roda JC in the Dutch second tier and that was his fourth loan move away from The Blues, coming on the back of spells with Barnsley, Scunthorpe and the MK Dons.
With Chelsea having plenty of forward players in their first-team squad, the chances of Ugbo breaking into Frank Lampard’s team next season seem very slim, so it looks like the player himself, and his club, are keen on a fifth loan move.
West Ham, according to the report, are one of a number of clubs looking at Ugbo, with Crystal Palace and West Brom, amongst others, showing an interest in the 6 ft 1 inch forward.

During his spells on loan at other English clubs, Ugbo never really hit the ground running and scored a combined five goals in a combined 46 appearances with Barnsley, Scunthorpe and the MK Dons.
However, he found his scoring boots in The Netherlands as he found the back of the net 13 times in 26 games.
West Ham have found goals hard to come by this season and it looks like a new forward would be a welcome addition to the squad but Ugbo’s track record in England isn’t the best, which means he’s by no means guaranteed to score regularly if he is the man the Hammers bring in.
