West Ham United fans have reacted to claims that a summer move for Alexis Sanchez could be top of the club’s agenda.
Chile international Sanchez is currently on loan with Inter Milan from Premier League side Manchester United, but it is thought that he will be made available for sale when he returns to Old Trafford this summer.
The Hammers are now said to have shown interest in the 31-year-old with FCInterNews claiming that David Moyes’ side have already made contact with the player’s agent, Fernando Felicevich.
Sanchez initially arrived on English soil, joining Arsenal in 2014 after a successful spell with La Liga giants Barcelona.
Making over 150 appearances for the Gunners, Sanchez would help them secure two FA Cup titles before he sealed his exit to Manchester United.
Struggling to find consistency at Old Trafford saw Sanchez shipped out on loan to Serie A side Inter, where he has made 15 appearances and scored one goal.
