READ WEST HAM VERDICT
Fabianski is a key member of West Ham’s squad and the sooner he is back the better. That being said, the last thing the club will want to do is rush him back too soon and further aggravate the injury. Pellegrini needs to manage the situation carefully, rather than playing him ahead of schedule and causing him to miss more time out injured.
This means that David Martin may be given the nod for the next couple of matches, whilst Fabianski builds his fitness back in training. Fabianski can then look to win his place back in the new year.
