Charlton are eyeing up a permanent deal to sign West Ham midfielder Josh Cullen at the end of the season.
According to South London Press, via HITC, Charlton want to keep Cullen beyond the end of his loan spell.
The report claims that he is out of contract at the end of the season, but West Ham have the choice to extend it for a further 12 months.
READ WEST HAM VERDICT

Cullen is now 23 and is playing for a midtable team in the Championship, which appears to be his level at present. Playing well for a side 17th in the second division does not suggest that he is good enough to be playing for West Ham, or will be in the near future.
West Ham should extend his deal by 12 months then immediately sell him to Charlton on a permanent deal, so that they are able to receive a transfer fee for him rather than letting him go on a free. This should be ideal for all parties, as Cullen gets his move, Charlton get their man and West Ham get a fee for a player who is unlikely to have a future at the club in the Premier League.
