West Ham find themselves back in Premier League action after a hard-fought 2-2 draw away at Bournemouth last time out.
Pellegrini should be happy with the performance of his team, where perhaps the visitors could have come away with all three points. However, the good performance and result was overshadowed by an injury to Lukasz Fabianski, which could see him sidelined for around three months.
Hammers fans will be hopeful that Roberto, who has not impressed at all since joining, will step up to the plate in Fabianski’s absence. Yet fans can be skeptical of this happening, given his most recent performance away at Oxford.
Pellegrini’s men also find themselves six games unbeaten, a feat that is impressive for any West Ham side. History suggests that this run could extend due to recent results against Palace, however this is West Ham we’re talking about, and whenever favourites in a fixture, they usually don’t deliver.
Here is the starting XI I believe Manuel Pellegrini will select for Saturday’s game against Crystal Palace.
