West Ham kick off their 2019/20 campaign with arguably the toughest of challenges, playing host to the current Premier League champions.
Manuel Pellegrini boasts impressive attacking options for this Premier League campaign, with new signings Pablo Fornals, Sebastien Haller and Albian Ajeti making West Ham looking good in attack.
However, question marks can be raised to the full-back position, and perhaps the squad depth particularly at holding midfield and centre back.
Whatever the case, Hammers fans can be optimistic looking into the current season, as West Ham ultimately try and push for that elusive 7th position that so many teams around them are also battling it out for.
The claret and blue faithful can place their trust in Pellegrini though, as, for the first time in a long while, it seems West Ham finally have a manager who can change the identity of the club.
From a retirement home for ageing and injured players to a club for hungry and exciting youth talent, Pellegrini is making West Ham desireable.
