West Ham striker Jordan Hugill is reportedly set to complete a medical with Queen’s Park Rangers on Sunday afternoon ahead of a season-long loan move.
The 27-year-old has struggled to break into the Hammers’ first team since his £8million move from Preston North End in January 2018, making just three appearances in all competitions.
According to Sky Sports, Hugill will complete a medical with QPR on Sunday and the striker looks set for another stint in the Championship next season after spending the 2018/19 campaign with Middlesborough.
Interest in the 27-year-old was said to be high, with Wigan rumoured to be one of a number of sides eyeing a move for the forward, however QPR appear set to land the former Preston man.
Hugill was unlikely to feature heavily for West Ham next season following the club record signing of Sebastien Haller from Eintracht Frankfurt, who completed his reported £45million move to the London Stadium earlier this month.
