West Ham United have broken their transfer record to sign Sebastien Haller from Eintracht Frankfurt.
The French forward has joined the club for a reported £45m, eclipsing the £36m spent on Felipe Anderson from Lazio last summer.

Haller has signed a five-year deal with the Hammers and will be looking to fire the club into the top seven next season.

Haller becomes West Ham’s fourth signing of the summer, following David Martin, Roberto and Pablo Fornals in the door at the London Stadium.

He did not, however, feature for West Ham in their 4-1 defeat to Manchester City in the Asia Trophy semi-final on Wednesday.
