West Ham forward Marko Arnautovic is close to finalising his move away from the London Stadium, with reports claiming he has passed a medical ahead of a move to Shanghai SIPG.
The 30-year old handed in a transfer request earlier this week in a bid to force a move away from the club, despite having only put pen to paper on a new contract in January.
While the Chinese Super League club’s offer of around £22million is reportedly considered a ‘poor deal’ by West Ham officials, the club are keen on getting rid of Arnautovic due to his attitude becoming toxic and effecting others within the club.

talkSPORT claim that while the Austria international has now passed his medical, he just needs to finalise personal terms for his transfer to go through, which could happen as early as before the end of this weekend.
Manager Manuel Pellegrini is reportedly happy to see the former Stoke City man leave the the Hammers as he believes his attitude was beginning to damage team morale.
Having also released Andy Carroll this summer, the Hammers will need to act quickly to bring in forward reinforcements before the new season starts next month.
