The club have confirmed that Fornals has joined the club, making him their third signing of the summer.
David Martin – from Millwall – and Roberto on a free transfer, both goalkeepers, have already signed for the club since the end of last season to strengthen Manuel Pellegrini’s squad.
Fornals has signed a five-year contract with the Hammers, but it includes the option to extend for a further year – should the club choose to do so at the time.
