West Ham have agreed to sell forward Lucas Perez to La Liga outfit Alaves, according to Sky Sports sources.
The Hammers have reportedly agreed to a fee of £2.2million, just over half the £4million they paid Arsenal last summer, as reported in Sky Sports’ Live Transfer Centre.
Sky report that personal terms are not expected to be a hold up, with the 30-year old likely to complete his return to La Liga once a medical has been passed.

The London club have also inserted a 30 per cent sell on clause in the striker’s deal with the Spanish club.
Perez failed to impress at the London Stadium, starting just four times in the Premier League. The forward scored a total of six goals in 19 appearances across all competitions in his 12-month stint.
