Okay Yokusla is attracting interest from West Ham this summer, according to his agent Batur Altiparmak.
The midfielder attracted interest from West Ham back when he played for Trabzonspor in Turkey, and Tottenham are also said to be rivaling their London rivals in trying to sign Yokusla.
Yokusla’s agent Batur Altiparmak has spoken with Goal about his player’s future this summer:
It is natural for there to be interest after the season Okay had. There is interest from sides in the Premier League and La Liga, but he is a Celta Vigo player and it would be wrong to mention any names right now. With regards to rumours claiming he will move to Turkey, they are false. He will be staying in Europe next season.
The defensive midfielder only made the move to Celta Vigo last summer for a fee of around £6 million, and he has been an ever-present for the La Liga side this season.
He has made 32 appearances in all competitions as the Spanish side narrowly avoided relegation by finishing just four points ahead of the final relegation place which was occupied by Girona.
The 25-year-old is at a good age and he won’t cost too much for West Ham to buy, with him likely only going to cost around £9 million.
