Newcastle midfielder Isaac Hayden has confirmed he wants to leave the Magpies this summer after enjoying a fantastic second half of the season.
Hayden has become a fan favourite with the Newcastle fans and has cemented his name into the first team line-up this campaign but the Englishman is wanting to end his relationship with the club.

According to the Daily Star, Hayden has stated that family comes first as he wants to be reunited with his fiancee and his daughter who was born prematurely and is regularly going to a hospital in London for check-ups.
Brighton were interested in the youngster last summer but a move fell through but the Seagulls are believed to be an interested party again along with the Hammers as they look to improve their midfield.
Hayden, in an interview speaking about his future, as reported the Daily Star, admitted that a move away from the club is best for him and his family as his three-year stay at Newcastle is coming to an end.
I think I will be going, I have spoken to the club about it and they’ve been open and honest with me. So I’m pretty sure the Liverpool game was my last at home. It’s not what is best for me or my family to be playing here next season and doing all that travelling.
It’s unfortunate but the club know my stance and have known it for a year now.
There are no excuses going into the summer. It’s about getting the right deal for the club and myself.
The 24-year-old has enjoyed a successful time at St James Park under the management of Spaniard Rafa Benitez and the midfielder is full of praise for the club.
It’s a fantastic club and you wouldn’t actively try to leave a place where you get 52,000 every home game but for me, I have a daughter and a fiancee I have to put first.

If West Ham or Brighton want to bring Hayden to the club then they will have to pay around £20 million for the midfielder, with his value rising over the last year due to his impressive form.
Hayden continued:
You could arguably say I’m worth more now than what they would have asked in January or last summer because I’ve played a lot more games.
The main thing is that I don’t want to go backward. It’s about finding the right opportunity, one that will allow the club to maximise the profit and be right for myself.
Hayden’s last game in the black and white stripes looks set to be this Sunday when they travel to relegated Fulham.
