West Ham are planning to make a summer swoop for Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic, according to a report in The Mirror.
The West London club’s future was sealed on Tuesday evening confirmed their relegation back to the Championship after just one season and as such, there are already expectations that a number of players could leave Craven Cottage.
Mitrovic has scored 10 goals in 32 league appearances for Fulham, a higher total than any West Ham player has managed this season and with the Hammers struggling for goals, it makes sense for them to be linked with a new striker.

There are still some question marks surrounding the futures of both both Marko Arnautoivc and Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez, whilst Andy Carroll looks certain to leave the club in the summer too, so West Ham look certain to be in the market for at least one new forward when the summer transfer window opens.
Fulham paid an initial fee of £22million to sign the Serbian striker from Newcastle and are likely to want to at least recoup that amount for him if he does leave in the summer.
