West Ham United have been handed a big boost ahead of their trip to Old Trafford on April 13, with Manchester United pair Luke Shaw and Ashley Young set to miss out because of respective suspensions.
The Hammers will be looking to bounce back from their 2-0 home defeat to Everton against Chelsea on Monday as they bid to emerge strongly from a poor spell of form.
After this, they will take on United, and while Manuel Pellegrini’s side are clear underdogs, they have been boosted by the news that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be without two of his key men.

Shaw has been ruled out of the fixture after he picked up his 10th booking of the season in United’s trip to Molineux to face Wolverhampton Wanderers. This means he will miss his team’s upcoming fixtures against West Ham and Everton.
The Red Devils will not have the experienced Young available for selection after he was awarded two bookable offences.
As a consequence of the red card, the Englishman will serve a one-game suspension, and this will come against the Hammers.
