West Ham United winger Felipe Anderson is determined to work his way back into contention for the Brazilian national team.
The club’s record signing spoke to the Hammers’ official website and outlined his ambition to earn international recognition once again, with his first and only cap coming in his country’s 2-0 friendly win over Mexico in June 2015.
Anderson has shown glimpses of true quality for West Ham throughout the season but has been somewhat quiet of late.
However, the ex-Lazio star believes that he has what it takes to help the team finish the campaign strongly, ergo helping him to work his way into the plans of Brazil boss Tite.

Representatives from the national team setup attended West Ham’s 3-1 win against Fulham on Friday night, and it seems they are pondering a recall for Anderson.
Speaking of his desire to pull on the Brazil shirt once again, the 25-year-old said:
As I always say, it’s one of my main goals to go back to the national team, but I was very focused. I want to get back there but to do so, I know I need to give my all to the team, and that’s what really matters.
If I’m taken into account that gives me even more confidence to play my best football and if I keep on working I’m sure I’m going to be called up eventually.
Anderson has scored eight goals in the Premier League this season, contributing with a further three assists in his 27 appearances so far.
