West Ham will be out to get back to winning ways on Saturday afternoon when they face Crystal Palace.
The Hammers head into the game on the back of a 1-1 home draw against Liverpool on Monday night. Michail Antonio netted in the first half to cancel out Sadio Mane’s opener for the visitors.
Palace, though, will be full of confidence after securing a vital win against Fulham at Selhurst Park on Saturday. The Eagles came out on top courtesy of goals from Luka Milivojevic and Jeffrey Schlupp.
Manuel Pellegrini still has plenty of absentees to contend with, and it seems unlikely that Samir Nasri will play as he works his way back from a knock.
Marko Arnautovic, however, is set to be available for the fixture against Palace, which will undoubtedly come as a boost to the manager’s plans.
Here is how we expect West Ham to line up when they lock horns with the Eagles.
Lukasz Fabianski
Fabianski is the Hammers’ undisputed number one. He’ll start between the sticks.
Ryan Fredericks
Fredericks could be given the nod again after starting against Liverpool on Monday.
Issa Diop
Diop has been impressive this season. He’s likely to start in central defence.
Angelo Ogbonna
Alongside Diop at the back, Ogbonna is poised to retain his place.
Aaron Cresswell
Cresswell is set to make up the back four. He’ll start on the left-hand side.
Mark Noble
Noble is in line to start and wear the captain’s armband at Selhurst Park.
Declan Rice
Rice is an integral part of this West Ham side. Alongside Noble, he will play in a holding role.
Michail Antonio
Antonio took his goal well against Liverpool, and he’s set to retain his place.
Robert Snodgrass
Snodgrass will be out to provide West Ham with creativity in the final third.
Felipe Anderson
Anderson has been reasonably quiet of late but will be desperate to cause Palace’s defenders some problems.
Marko Arnautovic
Arnautovic is back and available and is set to lead the line against Palace.
