West Ham midfielder Manuel Lanzini is set to return to full training next week, having not played this season following a lengthy injury lay-off after rupturing the cruciate ligaments in his knee.
The Argentina international has been out since undergoing knee surgery in June, and his availability will be a huge boost to boss Manuel Pellegrini going into the final stretch of the season, considering initial fears were that he could miss the entire 2018/19 season.
Over the past few weeks, the 25-year old has taken his place among first-team warm ups, and has trained alone for the last three months. Now though, he is expected to soon link up with full first-team training, reports Football.London.

The attacking midfielder could be available to feature in March, providing he doesn’t suffer any further set-backs.
With coach Pellegrini having complained in recent weeks that his side lacks creativity, Lanzini’s fast recovery will surely be music to the ears of the Chilean coach.
