The Belgian international has made 20 starts for the French club this season and has found the back of the net on five occasions.
Following Thierry Henry’s sacking and Leonardo Jardim’s return to the hot seat at Monaco, Tielemans’ time at the club could be over, with a host of Premier League clubs alerted to his situation.

Manuel Pellegrini’s midfield options at the London Stadium are limited following long-term injuries sustained by Carlos Sanchez and Jack Wilshere earlier on in the campaign.
This seems to have led the Chilean to identify Tielemans as a potential transfer target, with the January window set to slam shut on Thursday evening.
However, the Hammers will face competition if they are to recruit the former RSC Anderlecht youngster.
Arsenal and Newcastle United have made enquiries, according to Sky Sports, while Leicester City are linked with signing the midfielder this week.
