Spanish side Real Betis have made an enquiry about Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen after failing in their attempts to sign West Ham’s Lucas Perez, according to a report from Simon Jones of The Mail.
Betis held talks with the Hammers about the possibility of signing Perez but those talks have now ended as both sides could not come to any sort of agreement.
Instead, the La Liga club will now turn their attention to Janssen, who is out of favour at Spurs.

Janssen arrived at White Hart Lane back in 2016 after Spurs paid almost £19million to AZ Alkmaar for the Dutchman.
However, things haven’t quite worked out for the 24-year-old and he is now free to find another club, although Tottenham have put a price of around £12million on the striker.
Janssen was recently out injured with a foot issue but he’s seemingly recovered from that and he’s been playing for the club’s U23 side in a bid to keep himself feeling sharp.
