German Bundesliga club Borussia Monchengladbach are preparing a €12m offer for West Ham United youngster Reece Oxford, according to a report on Sport Witness.
The Englishman is getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of game time given to him by manager Manuel Pellegrini.

Pellegrini is understood to be open to letting Oxford leave and does not have him in his long-term plans at the London club, as long as the Hammers get a good price for him.
Oxford spent one year on loan at Gladbach and the Hammers were hoping to sell him in the summer transfer window for a big fee, but that didn’t happen.
He had been frozen out of the first-team squad and is itching for a move away, with Gladbach keen to reunite with the centre-back.
Reports in Germany claim that a €12m offer could be enough to convince West Ham to sell Oxford this month.
