Declan Rice has given West Ham a major boost by signing a new long-term contract at the club.
It has been confirmed by the club that the player has put pen to paper on a new deal until 2024.
Rice had been entering the final months of his contract at the club, with many expecting him to leave on a bargain transfer.

With the club unwilling to spend huge sums of money on wages for Rice, the player had rejected numerous contract offers before putting pen to paper.
The news comes as a blow to the likes of Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham, who were all believed to be keeping a close eye on his contract situation.
Rice’s new deal was confirmed just a day after the player put in a stunning performance away at Southampton, helping the Hammers to an important victory on the road.
