West Ham stars Andy Carroll and Jack Wilshere could both return for the Hammers fixture against Manchester City at the weekend, Sky Sports reports.
Carroll has not yet featured for West Ham this season after he had ankle surgey in the summer.
The striker returned to full training last week and played 45 minutes against Brentford in a behind-closed-doors friendly as he bids for a place back in the Hammers squad this Saturday.
Wilshere, who also underwent ankle surgery in September, could also be named on manager Manuel Pellegrini’s substitutes bench this weekend.
The former Arsenal star suffered a setback in his recovery last month after his ankle inflamed but is now ready to bid for his place back in the starting XI.
Wilshere has not made an appearance for the Hammers since his side’s 1-0 defeat to Wolves on 1st September.
