West Ham target Marco Meneghetti is reportedly set to travel to England for a trial with an undisclosed club.
The 17-year-old goalkeeper has been catching the attention of clubs all over Europe, and Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini is just one of a number of managers to enquire as to the youngster’s availability.
Meneghetti plays for Pordenone in Serie C, and his club president has confirmed that he will be travelling to England for a trial.

Pordenone chief Mauro Lovisa is quoted by Inside Futbol as saying:
Meneghetti will go to England to undergo trial at a major English club.
He’s been with us for many years that’s because we believe in him a lot.
He is not only a strong boy, but has a good head on his shoulders.
At such a young age, it may be likely that Meneghetti is unwilling to move abroad. An Italian switch therefore could be on the cards, with various sides reportedly keen on snapping up the prodigy.
