West Ham will reportedly be facing competition from Spurs if they are still in the race for Hirving Lozano, according to HITC.
The winger set the world alight in the summer with his performances for Mexico in Russia, and instantly generated a high amount of interest from clubs all over Europe.
PSV Eindhoven managed to hold on to their forward during the summer transfer window, but rumours are persisting that a club may snap him up in January.

West Ham ultimately opted to sign Felipe Anderson and Andriy Yarmolenko in the summer, but could yet make a move for Lozano to further stock their attacking arsenal under Manuel Pellegrini.
Spurs harbour serious infatuation for the 23-year-old, however. Despite PSV saying they wanted €60 million for Lozano, the North Londoners are supposedly preparing a bid in the region of €28 million.
It doesn’t stop there, however. Spurs have also expressed an interest in signing another West Ham target in PSV’s Jorrit Hendrix. The 23-year-old has impressed in the early stages of his career, and has one Netherlands international cap to his name.
Maurizio Pochettino’s side didn’t make a single signing during the summer transfer window, and may choose to conduct some long overdue business when 2019 rolls around.
