Manuel Pellegrini is worth a lot of money at West Ham United.
The Chilean is only four games into his tenure at the London Stadium, but four consecutive defeats has left some whispering about the possibility of his sacking.

Whilst any termination would be highly unlikely, it’s certainly not unprecedented; Frank De Boer was sacked by Crystal Palace last season after failing to win any of his first five games, although admittedly his side did fail to score even one goal.
The Times claim however that should West Ham take the same route with Pellegrini, they would have to pay the new boss off.
Neglecting to insert a termination clause into his contract, Pellegrini must be paid the full duration of his contract – meaning £15 million could be heading his way.
With an arsenal of new talent added to the squad however, the Irons will surely give their recently arrived tactician time to get his team up to scratch.
