West Ham have agreed a deal to sign Xande Silva, according to TalkSPORT.
The 21-year-old came through the ranks at Sporting before joining Vitoria, and has been a regular participant in Portugal’s age-group sides.
With 30 appearances for Vitoria’s senior side since 2015, the forward has received 65 Portugal caps, ranging from the U15 team to the U20’s.
A fee of £3.1 million has reportedly been necessitated by the Primeira Liga side to say goodbye to their starlet.

New Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini adds Silva to other youthful attacking options Toni Martinez and fellow Portuguese age-group international Domingos Quina.
Pellegrini has been attempting to fill the squad with his own players during his first transfer window at the London Stadium, and new signings have arrived en masse.
Headline acquisitions Felipe Anderson and Andriy Yarmolenko have been backed up by savvy defensive signings Issa Diop and Fabian Balbuena, as the Irons look to make their assault on the Premier League’s titans.
