West Ham are reportedly eyeing up a move for Aston Villa star Jack Grealish, following the Villans 1-0 loss to Fulham in the Championship Play-Off Final, according to The Mirror.
The defeat at Wembley mean Villa need to sell some star players, due to concerns over Financial Fair Play.
Certain players including Scott Hogan and Mile Jedinak are currently on £2m per year to play at Villa Park whilst Micah Richards and Ross McCormack have also been paid large amounts of money by Villa but have not made a single appearance for the club this season.

Therefore, Steve Bruce will have to let go of a few key players in order to avoid further FFP issues for Villa
John Terry has already left Villa Park, whilst loan signings, such as Lewis Grabban and Robert Snodgrass, have left for their parent clubs.
West Ham are reportedly interested in bringing Grealish to the Premier League, but are not alone, with Everton and Leicester City also keeping a keen eye on him.
