West Ham manager David Moyes has hinted that he will sign a new contract but says he won’t confirm his future until the summer, reports Sky Sports.
Moyes succeeded Slaven Bilic as West Ham manager in November on a deal until the end of the season.
He arrived with the club in the relegation zone, having accumulated just nine points in 11 games. They now sit 14th, six points above the drop and looking like they will comfortably survive.

In Friday’s press conference, Moyes left hints that he had been offered a new deal, but refused to commit his future, saying guaranteed survival comes first:
We have to make sure we are still a Premier League team. I’m not going to have any discussions before then. I get on with the chairman and we speak regularly but we are both more than happy to wait until the end of the season.
The appointment of the Scotsman was questioned at the time, but he has come through tough times like the crowd trouble against Burnley and has turned the Hammers fortunes around, making them harder to beat, as shown in the 1-1 draw against Chelsea this month.
