Manuel Lanzini delights Moyes and fans after injury update

According to Football London, Manuel Lanzini has given an update on his injury, which will please David Moyes and the West Ham faithful.

Lanzini went off in West Ham’s 1-1 draw with Bournemouth in January just as he started to form a formidable partnership with Marko Arnautovic, who also got injured that game.

As Arnautovic returned from injury with a goal and another outstanding performance against Watford this weekend, Lanzini was still out with the injury, but things are looking up from here.

In a small video posted on Twitter by West Ham, Lanzini said: “Hi all the fans, I am going to be back soon and good luck for today. Come on you Irons.”

West Ham will now have a break for a weekend, as the FA Cup 5th Round fixtures commence, but The Hammers won’t take part after being knocked out by Wigan in the previous round.

This break could be great for Lanzini and The Hammers as the team will be fresh for the away clash with Liverpool the weekend after next, which Lanzini can also be back for.
