West Ham’s hope of recalling Robert Snodgrass from his loan spell at Aston Villa has been blocked, according to a report from Sky Sports.
The Championship side who are currently sitting in the play-off places have said that they will not allow any player to leave the club as they push for promotion.
The deal which was made at first did not include a recall clause which is what is causing the Hammers problems in their efforts to bring him back to the London Stadium.

The Scotland international was deemed surplus to requirements by the club in the summer and was sent out on loan in order to regain some confidence and match sharpness.
New West Ham manager David Moyes is keen to have another option in the final third as he bids to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
