Chelsea will have to cough up a sum of at least £20 million if they are to lure Andy Carroll away from West Ham, according to Goal, as the East London outfit dig their heels in over the striker.
The price could become a stumbling block, with both sides not agreeing about the valuation of the England international.
Carroll is very keen on a move across London but the Hammers remain reluctnat to do a deal for anything less than £20 million.

The striker has 18 months left to run on his current Hammers deal, in which he reportedly earns around £70,000 per week. Chelsea are trying to improve their problems in front of goal, as they have embarked on a run of three consecutive 0-0 draws in all competitions.
West Ham could be willing to part company with some of their strikers but David Moyes is keen to keep the majority of his squad together, including Carroll.
