West Ham undoubtedly need to freshen up their squad over the next few weeks while the transfer window is open and that means that several players may have to leave to fund new arrivals.
David Moyes is keen to add at least one new attacker, ideally two, and it’s believed that the club will listen to offers for Andre Ayew and Diafra Sakho during the January transfer window, according to Daily Star.
Last summer, Ayew became the Hammers’ record signing when he was brought in for £20.5m from Swansea but injuries limited his impact in his debut season, scoring six goals in 26 appearances for the club.
So far in the current campaign, Ayew is the club’s top scorer with six goals across 20 appearances in all competitions but he’s only started two of the last seven Premier League games.
Swansea have reportedly shown an interest in re-signing Ayew but his hefty wages could be an issue, while the Swans are also keen on bringing in Sakho as well.

The Senegal international has fallen out of favour at West Ham and tried to force through a move to Rennes on transfer deadline day back in the summer before being kept against his will.
Sakho has four goals in 17 appearances this season but he’s yet to start a Premier League game and becomes a free agent at the end of the season.
Having been previously linked with Crystal Palace and West Brom, Sakho is valued at £15m by West Ham and Ligue 1 clubs Rennes and Strasbourg are keen on bringing the former FC Metz star back to French football.
