A report in The Mirror says that West Ham United outcast Enner Valencia has been sold to Mexican side Tigres.
Valencia signed for The Hammers in 2014 after his World Cup campaign with Ecuador and his West Ham career got off to a good start as he formed a formidable partnership with another new signing, Diafra Sakho.
However, various injuries and Andy Carroll’s return shunned the Ecuadorian out of the first team for the rest of his first season and this pattern went on into the 2015/16 season, where West Ham fans turned on him after many poor performances.
Valencia spent last season on loan to Everton where he couldn’t get much first team football and when he did, he failed to make an impression. This led to the West Ham faithful wanting Valencia out for good, which is what has happened with his move to Tigres.

Valencia leaving this could pave way for West Ham to focus on moves for the likes of Andre Gray of Burnley and Cedric Bakambu of Villareal.
Javier Hernandez (Bayer Leverkusen), Olivier Giroud (Arsenal), Kelechi Iheanacho (Manchester City) and Anthony Modeste (Koln) are all reported targets for West Ham too.
