Everton are ready to sell James McCarthy this summer with West Ham, Newcastle and Crystal Palace all interested in signing the player.
Reports from the Daily Mail claim that Everton seeking a fee in the region of £20 million to allow them to enter the bidding for Swansea’s Gylfi Sigurdsson.

Everton manager Ronald Koeman confirmed this week that McCarthy will miss the upcoming Republic of Ireland clashes with Mexico, Uruguay and Austria due to his latest hamstring injury, and said on his future: ‘Of course I want to keep McCarthy because all the times he was really fit and on his level most of the time he was a starting player. But it was really difficult because he had a lot of injuries and that makes it difficult for him and the manager also.’
The Hammers are seeking to strengthen their own injury-plagued midfield department, and are unlikely to be put off by the price tag for a player who when fit and on form has proved he belongs in the upper regions of the Premier League.
