West Ham along with West Brom reportedly have a ‘good chance’ of signing Anderlecht’s top goalscorer Lukasz Teodorczyk, Sport Witness have reported.
Closing into the end of the season, Teodorczyk’s goal scoring tally has slowed down. As of now, he hasn’t yet scored for Anderlecht in their recent play-off fixtures.
It is vital that Anderlecht win their games in the play-offs if they want to be champions, as the top six use play-offs to decide who will win the Belgian league, which they are currently winning.
But the drop in form from Teodorczyk doesn’t seem to have had any negative effect on the possibility of West Ham bringing him to the London Stadium in the summer, although some other names who were previously interested aren’t so keen anymore.
Reports from het Belang van Limburg, which is a regional newspaper in Belgium, are still stating that there is still a ‘good chance’ that he will leave in the summer with both West Ham and West Brom still being mentioned.
So, a drop in goal scoring form looks not to unsettle The Hammers from this target.
