La Liga clubs, Espanyol and Athletic Bilbao are keen to sign Adrian this summer, according to the Mirror.
According to the report in the Sunday Mirror, the La Liga duo are eyeing a £3m move for the 30-year-old at the end of the season.
However, West Ham, who have come under a lot of criticism this season for a lack of big name signings, have reportedly triggered an option to tie down the Spaniard for another 12 months.

The Spanish shot-stopper is believed to be frustrated after slipping down the pecking order at the London Stadium, with Darren Randolph starting the majority of games this season for the Hammers.
The 30-year-old, who joined West Ham from Real Betis on a free deal in 2013, has made 12 Premier League appearances this season, keeping just three clean sheets.
Adrian is thought to be settled in London but with interest from his homeland, a move could prove too hard to resist.
