This season has not been great for West Ham with various low points such as the 4-2 losses to West Brom and Watford, thrashings from Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal and various players not showing their best abilities.
Many players such as Dimitri Payet, Simone Zaza, Andre Ayew and Adrian have not performed as expected and Mark Noble fits right into there.
Noble was made club captain in the summer of 2015 by the then recently appointed manager and current manager Slaven Bilic.
In the last season at the Boleyn Ground, Mark Noble barely put a foot wrong in any game, showing great tackling, technical ability and passion which prompted talk of him being called up to Roy Hodgson’s EURO 2016 England squad.
However, this season has been completely different, Noble has put in lacklustre performances in various games which has ultimately cost The Hammers precious points.
There are various reasons as to why Mark Noble has not been his usual self this season.
